I need unlock code for following:

MODEL - 6030
IMEI# - 010712/00/435257/9
COUNTRY - USA
NETWORK providing - Cingular

Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.
