big RAID/ Windows xp problem

hey, i got a dell dimension 9150 in early febuary, all was fine till one day i got a few blue screen errors with mad numbers and later that day i couldnt start up windows, my hdd format is raid stripe 0, so i tried format with my windows pro disc and couldnt even get it to read, so after a lot of searching i come across this http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic18329-pg2.html (this guy i dont think has the same model as me, but the intel matrix and all those settings worked, a CAN get the windows cd to boot up and i come to the same blue screen that i got before ''windows has encounted an error and has been shut down to prevent damage'' r something like that)
so on the link there is some drivers that create floppy disks for you to seperately install the hdd drivers as windows starts (hit F6 etc..),
i didnt have a floppy disc drive at all so i took one out of my older pc and plugged it in, i tried every matrix intel driver on that link and i still get the same blue screen, i'm completely lost and very frustrated, and i dont want to ring dell cuz quite frankly, im sick of them and being on the phone to them for 2 hours+ isnt the biggest turn on right now.
anybody know where i could get the drivers? or if it is even the drivers that are my problem lol?
any help would be greatly appreciated!!

It sounds like a possible hardware problem :(

When you get the blue screen, there is an error code listed. Is there any way you can post that?

And another problem is F8 didnt do anything.
after all that it miraculously went past that screen after a while and i could format, so i did and it went smoothly, windows copied over and then it did its restart, and it went right back to the formatting screen instead of the XP cd so now that is my problem..
i also found a 2.8GB version of windows vista online and got it in hopes of it being able to configure my hard drives without sperate drivers, but i just got to a blue'ish/greenish screen, kinda like a background but there was no text on it so i scratched that idea.

That may mean that the CPU is faulty. I get those blue screens now and then here at work when I build new systems for our customers.

It seems to be a memory problem. Get this app (MemTest) run it and post the results. http://www.memtest86.com/memt32.zip

Try disabling your USB ports in Device Manager and see if it makes a difference.

i managed to do a raw format r something like that, and it worked, im back on xp and its all ok for now, except my hdd, i have 2x160GB hdd's and it only reads one of them, i was previously on raid stripe and it detected them as 1x300GB hdd, is there any way i can get the second detected as even a seperate hdd? its an awful waste of 160GB..

Did your re-install the RAID drivers? They are usually on your MotherBoard setup CD.

Also, check your BIOS.
