This phone cannot be unlocked remotely. Only Tmobile/your provider can unlock the phone.

Call Tmobile and they can give you the code to unlock it.

Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.

They asked for a £15 charge and 28 days period to provide the code - so I declined. But thanks for the info. I did not know we could get it unlocked from T-Mobile. Thanks.
