so i broke my screen on my e815 and purchased the motorola mobile phone tools. I installed yet when connect my phone via usb it does not initialize. It shows the phoe on the desktop saying no phone image and keeps rolling on initializing. All i want is my pics and phone book from this dam phone. Any help i would appreciate.
