Can someone point me in the right direction for putting downloaded movies onto a blank DVD? Is there any freeware availible for this? If not what's the best/easiest/cheapest software? Is there a step by step tutorial somewhere for idiots? I figured out how to burn original dvds using dvd shrink, but I haven't gotten this far yet. Thanks in advance. I hate being the new kid on the block.

Most Internet movies are AVI or DivX. In such case my choice is ConvertXtoDVD.

If you don't want to pay for the software, you can find an early version of DivXtoDVD that will not leave watermarks in your movies. But it's worth the money to get ConvertXtoDVD.

Another good (free) program to try is avi2dvd, you can use it to convert the .AVI file(s) to a DVD compliant format and then use DVD Decrypter (also free) to burn your file to disk.
