i have a v4 ps2 and get a disk read error...ive done everything to it...from cleanin to movin the laser anything....the spindle doesnt seem to be spinning fast enough..is it the laser of the spindle thats bad?? any help would be appreciated thanks!

You tried all sorts of games?, maybe your game is just fcuked. Have You Touched the gear circle on the ps2 by any chance?

yea i tried all games and if u mean by gear circle as in the one that moves the laser up and down??? moved it but had made my mark in the stock position
