have you shared your internet connection
have you tried configuring your firewall (take it off and reconnect to internet) and try again.

Sometimes that error comes up when u are not close enough to ur wireless router. It might also be a problem with ports on ur router. Try DMZ'ing ur PSP (after giving it a static IP adress). Note. Do not DMZ anything else as it will make u susceptible to hackers. Check your router's manual for more help.

My Jap 1.5 works perfectly on my home wireless router with 128bit wep encryption. (although the setup took a little time.)

dansage could you send a post telling me EXACTLY how you got the internet on your PSP please. If you scanned for it and recieved it, don't bother sending in how you did it.

So u scanned and not recieving any signal at all? go as close as possible to your router
make sure your wireless switch is on (in up position)

Make sure your router is broadcasting a wireless signal, and maybe a good idea to broadcast SSID as well.

DNS error 80410410 was caused by Windows XP's Firewall for me whenever i tried to connect my nephew's PSP to the net. So the DNS error is most likely caused by a firewall program or device in one's unique setup. I disable windows firewall if i wish to connect the PSP to the net.
