So what do I exactly do, just put all the files for the Run UMD into a ISO and then use DAX to compress it?

Hey there 3dluis,
For the unpacked games like SFA 3, you need to have the original iso without any swapped prx's or fixes, then just compress it in dax like a normal iso. You also still need the x folder in your root, and if you want to use run umd within dax rather than exiting to the system menu, you need to rename the runumd EBOOT.pbp to runumd.pbp and put it in the UMDEMULATOR folder in your root.
Hope that helps, for the individual settings for each game, check the compatibility list link I posetd.

Awesome, glad I could help dude. It's a way nicer method than having it unpacked, especially with the custom backpics in DAXZISO.

Ok i wanted to load sfa 3 from iso and it was working fine, a few hours later it dont work, i think i changed some of the folders in game but that shouldnt make a difference, im using this method:
1) UMD Emulator V8.0c (original not any of the new ones) System menu
2) Then run umd (original) and sometimes it says patcher failed and sometimes it says load error..any suggestions?
P.S my iso is around 240mb and im using the 'x' folder from ps2nfo FiX..
[edit] got it working..

Put it in iso misc folder and rename it backpic_nameofgame.iso.bmp, if its dax then do backpic_nameofgame.iso.dax.bmp, it has to be 480x272..

Hmm, theres an x folder, but i already have an x folder in my root for my fontmod, hwo do i get around this. Also, for James Bond, tehre is an x folder, and i cant put this into my root as it will replace the x folder that is there for my custom font.
What do i do?
Thanks

Your gonna have to replace the 'x' folder because the only way to get around this is to modify run umd to recognise the 'x' folder as something else like 'z'..

delete the x folder and install your jamebond game, the font should already written to your flash, so you shouldnt need that x folder, and you can just reinstall it when you want to put another font on it.
