Press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

thankyou for that i entered it all in doulble checked it was all ok and when i pressed the last hash key it said cannot undo restriction have you got any ideas why

i have tried it again and it still comes up cannot undo restriction is there any other way to unlock it . thanks
