Get a copy of umd emulator run umd edition and get a copy of football manager with the x folder in the release the umd emulator should be on these settings
CPU/BUS SPEED : 333/166
ISO EMU MODE : LOAD RUNUMD
DISCTYPE ISO : GAME
DISCTYPE UMD : VIDEO
UPDATER ICON : REMOVE
USE GENESIS : OFF
REGIONCODE OVER. : ON
REGIONCODE GAME : REGIONFREE
REGIONCODE VIDEO : REGIONFREE
REGIONCODE AUDIO : REGIONFREE
FLASH0 EMULATION : OFF
FLASH1 EMULATION : OFF
Your iso goes in the iso folder as usual and then in the umd emulator run umd edition select the iso and when the dodgy fuzzy screen comes up press x to run the game a fuzzy screen will come up when you select the iso dont worrie about it just press x and the game should come on
p.s. its a very good game i cant put it down

freddie goto ps2nfo and register its free. get any game fix from the list there and ignore the other folders just keep the x folder. u can use that for 98% of the 2.xx games now. And liverol, use umdgen to relink the video files brings d iso to bout 130-270 depending on how much u do it.

www.ps2nfo.com if u havent already register there 2 download the fix
and run umd then so long as u have the iso u should be ok, im not 2 sure on the rules of telling people how to obtain isos but im hoping im not breaking any rules, in telling u 2 use bitlord 1.1 and use torrent search 'football manager psp' theres 4 or 5 2 choose in varying size. i am obviously presuming u own the original when im tellin u this

No, you don't get a fix to play this game. Just download the UMD EMulator RunUMD edit from here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/427. Then get the X folder from here: http://rapidshare.de/files/17028377/x.rar.html (the password is www.projectpsp.com). Extract the X folder to the root of yyour memory stick. Follow the readme on how to set up the UMD Emulator RunUMD edition. Then insert a UMD into the drive, and start up the UMD Emulator RunUMD edit. Then load using the settings tha damouk specified:
Quote: CPU/BUS SPEED : 333/166
ISO EMU MODE : LOAD RUNUMD
DISCTYPE ISO : GAME
DISCTYPE UMD : VIDEO
UPDATER ICON : REMOVE
USE GENESIS : OFF
REGIONCODE OVER. : ON
REGIONCODE GAME : REGIONFREE
REGIONCODE VIDEO : REGIONFREE
REGIONCODE AUDIO : REGIONFREE
FLASH0 EMULATION : OFF
FLASH1 EMULATION : OFF
(except change the disk type umd to the type of umd you have inserted)

Hi all!
I have bought the football manager game. I have a 2.00 PSP and I don't want to downgrade to 1.5 and don't want to upgrade to 2.5 because I like homebrew and I don't want to use GTA to run them.
It is possible?
Thanks
Bye!!

You can use PSPSetX to change your firmware version (so the UMD thinks you have version 2.5 but you actually have FW2.0), you can download it from here: http://dl.qj.net/PSP-SetX-v0.2-for-PSP-Firmware-2.00-PSP/pg/12/fi... (But be careful this program writes to flash, so use it only when you have sufficient battery life, and the power cable plugged in, as if it crashes during a firmware flash then your PSP will be bricked).

If you can't see your ISO in UMD Emulator it means that you have not put it in the right place. Make sure it is in a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick. (So it's path would be X:\ISO\ , where X is the drive letter of your memory stick).
Hope that helps,

TO eternalis:
Thanks a lot!! Then is so simple and I don't need downgrade! Wow!!
Can I ask another questions? I now set the firmware to 2.5 on my 2.0 psp. After if I want to restore to the original version I will must only set the firmware to 2.0? I will can upgrade to official firmware version 2.7 for example, also if I have used PSPSetX to modify version?
Thank thank thanks!!

Now is out this http://dl.qj.net/index.php?pg=12&fid=5343 a new version of PSPSetX. It set firmware until 3.0. It is reported that some game turn off the PSP after some screen. It is a problem? If I have some problem it is sufficient to restore the 2.0 version?

Yeah, some games wont work, but I don't think it will brick your PSP :)
You can upgrade to 2.7 after using PSPSetX, but you have to change the version back to 2.00 before doing so.
