I have been using the Dvd shrink size button when ever a movie is too big to put on one disc. Now however I am trying to back up Ben Hur. Side one takes one dics and half of another. Side two takes one disc and half of another. I know how to get the whole movie without commpresion on four disc even though it would fit on three. So my question is Is there a way to do it on three disc? Thanks.

Why is it taking up 1 1/2 discs per side? Each is a normal single layer, so it should fit onto one DVD per side. Hey, have you checked out the new DVD release? Absolutely stunning remaster. Doesn't get any better than this folks.
