Im not sure if this is the right place to ask this but let me know. I was wondering if it was possible to burn scenes from different movies into one blank dvd. In other words somehow mix scenes into one disk?

This is very possible. How you go about it really depends on what you want. If you want menus, fancy transitions between scenes, video effects, etc, then you need a program like Nero Vision or some other program to author with.
If you want to just take clips and put them on a DVD then you can use Shrink.

All I want to do is put different scenes into a blank DVD. I dont want anything fancy like the other stuff you mentioned. So all I have to do is burn it into my computer and save it right? Then when im ready to burn it into a disk just select the scene right? Does that sound about right or is there another way of doing it? Let say I want a bunch of different music videos into a blank dvd.

I just followed that link you pasted for me and that was great. Now I know exactly what to do. Awesome.
