WMV License Acqusition????

Hi
I need help with this License for WMV

Whenever I try to open any WMV video I get this message then it starts searching to download license for hours with no luck and I never get to see the videos with WMV format????
What is all that about and is there any way that can allow me to see the WMV videos without having this License things please.
