I have found that adding 1024 mb of ram solves most of the slow encoding problems people have...it did for me! I rarely have any problem encoding or burning advd using shrink.

Any idea where I can find some inexpensive RDRAM. My Dell 8250 for some reason came with it. Everywhere I have I looked , I haven't been able to find anything under 100 bucks for just 512mb.
