Burn Process Failed! Help!

I have been burning movies successfully for over a year using DVD 43, DVD Shrink, DVD FabDecrypter and VOB Blanker (if needed). Now all of a sudden, my burn process is failing and I am getting the following error message. Any ideas what might be wrong here? Thanks in advance for the help!

What kind of media are you using? It looks like this is a write error and is most likely due to the media in the drive.

your system is using a lot of memory. close down any unused programs while you burn

you are burning very close to the edge. reduce the file size to 4300Mb when you rip

i cannot see a burn speed in that error log but burn 16X discs at 8X for best results
try all of the above & see if that helps
@whiskeyfa - he is using verbatim discs which are quality media

File size is probably an issue, I usually set my limit at 4460 and don't have problems but I would say 4400 or less is good for playing it safe. Since you are burning at 2x, I don't think the speed is a factor. Try the firmware update gjl2002 suggested, and see if that changes anything.
@gjl2002-is there a place in the log that shows the media type, or is it a code that shows this and you are familiar with what it means?

as noted, I am using Verbatim 16x media (DVD-R). I changes the file size to 4400 and disabled unecessary background programs. I also upgraded the firmware. Burn is still failing! Here is my latest failure log. Any other suggestions?

DMA should be on for all drives
