dose any one have a copy of this or can point me where to get it??

basicly i have a usb HDD
memory card
the means to burn cd/dvd's
can flip top my ps2

is there any way for me to play backed up games from my usb drive or from burnt dvd's on a PAL ps2 v4/5 with out a chip for free??

plz help im a poor english man!
