Sorry I can't upload it/give you a link as it is copyrighted material.

But I can tell you how to make your own.
1. Download the 2.00 Update EBOOT from http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Firmware-2.00-File-(EBOOT)-North-America-PSP/pg/12/fid/280/catid/163
2. Download PBP Unpacker from: http://psp4me.dnsdojo.net/cgi-bin/dl.cgi?download=pbp-unpacker-094.rar
3. Download PSAR Dumper from: http://psp4me.dnsdojo.net/cgi-bin/dl.cgi?download=psardump02a.rar
4. Extract the compressed PBP Unpacker Package to your hard drive, and run the installer.
5. Extract the 2.00 Update PBP to your hard drive
6. After the install is finished run PBP unpacker and use it to open the EBOOT.PBP you extracted.
7. After its finished loading, you should see four file names.
8.Right click on data.PSAR and click extract, browse to the root of your memory stick and click OK.
9. Extract the PSAR Dumper to your hard drive. There are three folders which are extracted.
10. If you have a FW 1.0 PSP extract the folder in run10\ to your PSP\GAME folder on your memory stick, if you have a FW 1.5 PSP extract the folders in the run15\ folder to your PSP\GAME Folder on your memory stick.
11. Copy the folder called src and its contents to the root of your memory stick.
12. On your PSP go to Game--> Memory Stick and run the PSAR Dumper. After it is finished it should say "pop out the battery", do this or manually switch of your PSP.
13. Reboot your PSP and connect it to your computer and put it in USB Mode.
14. You will see that two folders are created called OUT and OUTX, download the firmware processor from : http://psp4me.dnsdojo.net/cgi-bin/dl.cgi?download=PSP_FP_1214.rar. Extract the contents of this file and run the executable.
15. Specify your PSP drive letter, and change the firmware destination to mphgameloader\. Also change the last option to "process both OUT and OUTX"
16. Now it will automatically arrange the dumped firmware into f0 folder in the mphgameloader folder in your memory stick.
17. To obtain the f1 folder, get FileAssistant from here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/download.php?id=376
18. Extract file assistant to your PSP\GAME folder on your memory stick
19. Run FileAssistant
20.Press O
21.Press the left trigger until the Disk option is highlighted
22.Press the right trigger
23. Highlight PSP BIOS 1 and press O
24. Highlight all four folders and press square on all of them
25.Press the left trigger until Copy is highlighted and then press the right trigger
26. It will copy four folders called dic, registry vsh and net to your memory stick, copy these to the f1 folder in MPHGameLoader\.
27. Thats it!

Hope that helped,

Oh well, guess I posted those instructions for nothing, but I guess you could use them if you wanted to obtain another firmware in files format.

And did you get the ISO to work bombayboy?
