yes i was just wondering, if i buy the network adapter, hook up my dsl ethernet cable to it, pop in mlb the show 06, and want to play online is there a fee? I saw somewhere it said it might cost $10 dollars a month for just one game. I just want to play online every once in awhile and not have to pay $10. Is this possible, or is there even a fee? Any help is appriciated

I've never seen a fee on PS2 - XBOX, absolutely there is a fee.

Madden06 on PS2 "charged" a fee that was waived by letting them give ESPN your email address.
