PS2 picture problem

I have a PAL ps2 and recently moved to canada. I pluged into my NTSC TV and the picture was rolling and their was no color. How do i resolve this problem?

or get a converter for your TV
your TV must not be compatible with both formats.
Are the games originals or back ups?
If back ups how are you loading them.

its not burned and its original....its PAL...me and my dad been lookin for converters for 3 months..but nobody here knows what PAL and NTSC are.
