Yeah it is possible, get pspvideo9 from http://www.pspvideo9.com/Download/ and install it then open ur video and choose your settings and click transcode, then click copy on the left and there u go!

You can put any video's on your psp, even film's, as long as you have the bigger memory stick, Check the Stickies above for more info.
