Hi!
I have a problem in ripping "rage against the machine" DVD "Live at the Grand Olympic Auditorium". I used DVD Decrypter, IFO mode (the mode I want), but about 90% od ripping it there's a message that says that I don't have enough free space. The DVD is 7,49 GB and free space on my partition is 20,6 GB. I've tried it many times before by deleting files and dir-s (when the size of free space was 10 or 15 GB), but nothing. Now it's 20 GB, and still nothing.
I tried that DVDFabDecrypter29, but it doesn't have IFO mode.
I want to create DivX by using AutoGK, as many times before.
And I didn't mentioned that the problem apears only when I want to rip "Main Movie" (concert in grand olympic auditorium). I didn't have problems in ripping that "Democratic Convention" or every one session separately.
Huh!
OK, that's it.
Can anyone help with this one?
THANX,
THANX,
THANX,
THANX!!

yes it does..... Fab Decrypter only does it in IFO mode!

what you can do is rip the whole DVD to the hard drive..... then use a program like Voblanker or DVDRemake and take out the unwanted stuff such as previews, warning screens and such. Then you can use other programs like Shrink to make to the size you need for a DVD-5 or just burn right to a DVD-9 (DL disk if the movie is too large). Should work just fine.

OK IHoe, I'l try that, but when I use FabDecrypter it creates about six or seven .VOB files all the same size (1.073.739.776.), and some other small files like you mentioned (trailer, warning...). My earlier expirience with DVDDecrypter was very nice because it gave me ONE file of the "Main Movie" selection.
And after that I just import that .VOB file into AutoGordianKnot, and go to bed, and in the morning I have very good .AVI, but with Fab I suppose that I need to do some "cutting" and "joining" stuff.

I don't have experience with Voblanker or DVDRemake. It's not probably something complicated, but I would just like it to do just as simply as DVDDecrypter and AGKnot do, because of my limited free time.

I would like to create DivX/XviD .AVI file, not files for DVD. (And I'm not sure what is DVD-5 or 9) :-)

OK, so my final question is: Is there a decrypter that I could use as DVDDecrypter before, or does maybe FabDecrypter is better equiped in some other version, different from mine, the free one?

THANX AGAIN!

AND THIS THREAD IS HERE BY MISTAKE, I PUT THE SAME ONE ON THE RIGHT FORUM, DVD-RIPPING, SO IF YOU "IHoe" COME BACK PLEASE, ANSWER TO ME THERE. THANX!
Kifele!
