Its not a new PSP, its the same psp as every1 else (well maybe different firmware) hey are just selling it with only the charger and thats it.
For US$200, it doesnt come with any memory stick or headphones or pouch.
Dont get this confused with the rumours (maybe abit more then rumours now) of The 2nd gen PSP which is supposed to have 4gb inbuilt memory
