Yea but it doesn't matter cause I never had Firmware 1.5 to anyways. But do you have fw 2.70 yet?

You don't need FW1.5 to play homebrew, you can play homebrew on any FW except 2.7.
Heres the guide on how to play homebrew on FW 2.00 or greater (except 2.7): http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/300895
I will not be upgrading as I have FW1.5 and don't want to sacrifice homebrew.

Homebrew is software that is 'homemade' and is not made or licensed by Sony.
With homebrew, you can play emulators (e.g SNES, NES etc.). You can have tons of cool apps. (Check http://www.fanjita.org to check all the homebrew that is compatible with the GTA Eloader).
If you have FW1.5, you can also play ISOs off your memory stick.
There are alot of possibilities.

You only need the GTA Game if you have Firmware 2.01 or greater, if you have firmware 2.00 or lower you don't need the GTA game.

Um.. I need to know something else um.. can you like download music videos to your psp using the psp interneet?? Or um.. use like some music downloading service or whateva off of your PC and download them to your psp but if using the psp internet if you could tell me like some websites that you can download music from and save to psp!!!!!! Please help me

there is nothing like a "ipsp" if that is what your asking. sony doesnt have a downloading service just for psp owners. however you can use sonicstage for your music to psp needs. and limewire,bearshare, utorrent are all ways to get your music.
[edit] if you are asking about podcasts/rss music feeds then yes you can do that.

just use whatever p2p program you have to download your music videos and use psp video 9(http://www.pspvideo9.com) and convert them using that.

No I know that plus I have another program I use, But I was asking like do you know any websites where you can download music videos straight off of your psp internet
