Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

the code is incorrect. i am in greece now and my mobile can not find network (automaticaly or manualy).

His code was correct, Greece uses GSM 900 and 1800 MHz frequency

Your phone coming from the USA uses GSM 850/1900 MHz and it will not work in Greece. You should ebay it and explain why.
