Now I am using V2.0 version of PSP, but I want to download the firmware of V.1.5 from V.2.0 to V.1.5

You need to go through a process called 'downgrading'

Theres a good guide to downgrading here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/psp-downgrade.php

Make sure you follow all the instructions carefully, and download all the required programs from a trusted site, or you could brick your PSP.
