I've want to know how to make menus for my dvds . AND EXPLAIN IT STEP BY STEP WHEN YOU ADVISE ME ON THE PROGRAM I SHOULD USE . thanx

I think that your attitude needs to change. Please do not type your request in bold, it is rude. When learning something new, remember it takes time and some effort, mainly effort from you.
This is a great site, where I have learnt a lot from many knowledgable people here, but you must also try things on your own.
With regards to your question, there are a few softwares that will enable you to generate a menu for your movies. Some that i know of are DVD Architect (Sony), DVD Lab Pro, DVD Encore etc. They all cost money, the one I like and use is DVD Lab Pro. You can download all these softwares for a trial period. This is for starters. Now its your turn.

im sorry , but the last time ask a question reply was so vague that I couldnt make heads or tails of what he was talking about . But you're right .

I understand, its all okay.
I have never used TMPGEnc for genrating menus, but it too can. I have only used it for encoding. Then there is Nero, which is another one that can make you menus. As you see there are many softwares, try one and then see where you need help. The users on this site have a lot of knowledge to help you further.
