I am trying to make a slideshow for my brothers wedding and would like to add a few funny clips from movies along with the picture slideshow. I am having trouble finding a way to get just a clip of the movie and am wondering if dvd shrink can help? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

Try a program like MPEG Video Wizard. It will do what you what.

You can also try MPEG Video Wizard DVD. Both have a 30 day trial.

Shrink is great for ripping clips from movies using the re-author mode. The prog. allows you to (set start/end frames)

Ok, thanks for the info. I was able to re-author parts of the movie. Does anyone have a suggestion of software that will allow me to mix a photo slideshow with video? thanks again.

You probably want a menu,I'd use Nero's Nerovision for that sort of thing.
If they are both DVD-Video compliant and you don't want a menu you could combine them with Shrink. Use the reauthor mode and then use the file browser to load the titles.
