Why doesn't Slysoft email me about updates sometimes

When there is an update to Anydvd I'll usually recieve an email but sometimes I don't. Anybody else have this problem? Is Slysoft too busy to keep up sometimes? Also, what do I do if I change my email address?

I didn't get the second to last notification (the one where they updated twice in one day).

As far as changing email addresses, I would notify Slysoft with the change. Your serial # is on the "about" page in AnyDVD.

The SlySoft programs have an automatic update notification. Keep it enabled, and you will never miss an update.

this option doesn't work on my machine since I never turn my PC off ...

Yeah

I can't remember the last time they sent me an alert about updates ?

I find out by AD members & sometimes by stumbling onto their website.

I have my automatic update notification turned on too.

Slysoft Update Notifications via email: Be SURE that the address that the updates uses is in your address book and/or safe list. Otherwise it will be considered "Spam" and you won't see it. I kow this because I emailed Slysoft about it. I added their email they use for notificaions to my address book and added them to my "Safe List". You can check for updates weekly too.
