hello , i have a europian psp and a 2g memory card, how i put a game in a memory card afther i download in the web !! please can explane setp by setp, and the program i need!!and why some games are in iso and ather not? this coud arm my psp??

What is the firmware version of your PSP?

If it is 1.5 or 1.0 follow the instructions here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/284944 and here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/329866 (this link is for newer games)

You can downgrade to 1.5 if you have V2.00.

If its 2.01 or greater then you can not play games off your memory stick.

You need 1.5 firmware or ISOs will not work, If you have 1.5 im sure someone will guide you.

Nope, right now there is no way to downgrade 2.6 . Unfortunately you can't play any ISOs from your memory stick, but however you can play other homebrew using a UMD of GTA. Theres a guide here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/300895

See my previous post, you can run most emulators using the GTA Exploit, I gave u a link to a tutorial in the previous post.
