Hi there,
I am trying to unlock my Nokia 3200b for Cingular and I am in Tucson, AZ.
When I turn it on WITH a SIM card, it tells me it is restricted. Without a card, it says to insert a simm.
the IMEI is: 352521/00/505321/9

insert a non accepted sim and try code:
#pw+229555146747162+5#

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!(No Private Messages Please)

Thanks, I finally got a simcard that we can destroy :). I tried the code and it sait "code error"

USA for AT&T.
ps. i dont have an extra sim card.
