is it bad to remove your battery too much?? will it mess up the psp becuase after i play a game then it pops up "no regionfree is in umd" (something like that) is that bad i was just wondering

No, there is nothing wrong with removing your battery (as long as the PSP is switched off).

What exactly does it say after you play a game?
Is this when u return to the system menu?

yea after game play and it pops up when i return to the system menu and i take it out because theres no way to turn it off

You don't have to take the battery out, the PSP will turn off (at all times) if you hold the power switch for 10 seconds.
