Hi, please help. I can use DVDShrink to reauthor a dvd and make an action scene from say, MI 2 and it makes a the individual vob files. Now if I do another action scene this also gives me Vob1 like the first compilation. How can I make all the VOB's into one dvd with fade in and fade out sections like movie maker and not get the VOB1 over right each other?

Do i have to convert them to avi files, and rejoin in Movie maker then convert it back into VOB files? This seems a long way around. Or do I use Vob edit or info Vob and how would I go about that?

Without knowing your other programs the first thing I would suggest is a trial of VEM (Video Edit Magic), but you might have to convert the clips into MPEG to use it, I have only used it once, and the movie was already in MPEG4 or AVI (can't remember which), but I was able to make a fade in and out clip show.

Thanks for replying.

I have Nero, CloneDVD, DVDShrink,DVD DEcryptor, Crystal Software VideoJoiner.

What I am after is something like Video Magic. I know how to strip part of a dvd into a folder which has VOB files. The problems is, if I make another folder which has VOB files in, they are normally, Vob1, Vob2 like in the first folder. I want to be able to join these vobs files so, in the end, its one VOB file but which has scene selections from different movies. Sorry if I'm not explaining myself. I don't want to have seperate titles on the dvd... just a running, non stopping movie of my own making with maybe transistions inbetween the difference scene so as to make a small, slight introduction.
