i Downloaded the auto installer and made the ISO like the instructions said but when i went to made the dvd with dvddecrypter it keeps saying that it cant burn cuz its an incompatible format did u have any hints?

copy the Menu above and paste it at the end of you evox.ini then FTP back to xbox.
If it does not work, list all files and folders on ROOt of C and E drive here. I will fix the menu again.

wtf....
did you do what i tell you above? how did you copy the MENU to evox.ini?
There is noway to get error 16 unless you did something else. I Think you deleted everything inside the evox.ini then paste the MENU in there.
Hotswap will fix error 16.

what error code do you have? still play original games? if yes, can you load a game and access to linux file to reinstall softmod?

Yep you can go Xlink without softmoding your xbox. YOu need router in your case. I need to know what are your settings of network on PC and Xbox first before I show you how to connect them up.

download and install FlashFXP on laptop. Connect laptop and xbox to linksys rounter. Do you have boardband modem that connects to linksys router?
If not, do below.
- set ip on laptop:
IP 192.168.1.10
subnet 255.255.255.0
gateway 0.0.0.0
-set ip on xbox (unleash dash)
Static = YES
Ip 192.168.1.11
subnet 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.10
Open FlashFXP, select quick connect and enter
192.168.1.11
user: xbox
pass: xbox
then click connect. done
If yes, do below.
turn xbox and check iP address. Make sure "Static = NO"
open FlashFXP, select quick connect. Then type in the iP address of xbox, user= xbox, pass =xbox. then click connect.

well FTP xbmc to E or F drive on xbox. You can put it in the GAME folder.
On xbox, you can launch it from the game menu.

You have to know which is the "Local Area Connection" and the "Local Area Connection 2".
I think you set up the wrong one. The real Local Area Connection which property has Network adapter card.
Ok. do you have boardband modem which connects to router?
Try to set up the Local Area Connection INSTEAD OF Local Area Connection 2.
