Just download any video you want, and create PSP compatible video with a program like PSP Video 9 or Nero Recode. Like stated before, torrents are probably the best bet.

The torrents going pretty slow any way to speed it up

It depends. Sometimes a download lags due to not enough peers and/or seeds. Make sure it's an active torrent and that it's not a dead torrent. A fast client I know of is Azureus, and Bitcomet is good too (Google them). As for actual speed, make sure that you configured the settings right for your client and that everything is set to go.

for best quality video leave the bitrate around 512 - 768.
for best size you are going to want to keep the bitrate lower on both audio and video.
