Ok i guess the swap magic brought me into more trouble. i broke the tray and now its completley stuck inside the ps2. Where can i repair or get a new system tray to put into ps2 or i cant do shit. Dammit.

Srry. No, this is a whole new prob. Ok i took ur advice. I did take off the front. But the tray wont slide back in. When i put it in, i put too much power and now it is completely broken and can never be ejected again. Where can i fix it wiith the least cost?
