Am i right in saying that I need both the flip top lid and swap magic disc in order to play ps2 back-ups in my ps2?

So does anyone know of a site that sells both the flip top lid and swap magic discs and ships to europe at a good price?

Yes for slimline PSTwos. memtechsolutions.com is a pretty cheap good place and shipping to the uk is free if that benefits u.find out what version your ps2 is and get back here and il guide you to the perfect tool

Cool, thanks for the reply, I remember checking the version of my ps2 a while ago, all i can remember now is its a V2-V4 (Its really old), so yeah can u help me out.

I've bought two from here on seprate orders.

Shipped same day I ordered, and everything works perfect. Also had best price for everything you need. Just looked and they do ship to Europe. This is the site I recommend to my friends who ask about it. But I think you have to have paypal to order.

As far as i know you need a fliptop for your version or a slimtool so just get fliptop that suits v4. they usualy say like " Fliptop v5-9" or summit like that

There isn't any real case difference since the v1-2..some minor changes but I think the case makers took care of that..Any v3-9 case will do the job.. If you can find one..They all seem to be slimline parts these days..
