I am using AnyDVD and CloneDVD. When I tried to clone a backup of Ushpizin, I noticed that there were 2 tracks, each track being 1:31 minutes and 32 seconds long. (This is the length of the film) I'm used to seeing only one such track not 2.
I clicked on just one and made a copy but, except for the root menu screen, the movie will not play.
I'd really appreciate hearing how to deal with this issue correctly.

Well, I don't think it's hit the top of the favorites list yet. LOL Just a question about the "same size" files. Have you opened them and tried playing them to see if they're actually the same. I've seen some DVDs with both the fullscreen and widescreen on the same disc. Does the original disc offer a selection in the setup features for both? I have no idea if it happened here, but if only the widescreen is recorded in the backup and the player starts with the fullscreen version, it would act as though the movie files are not present, which the fullscreen wouldn't be. Works the other way around. As Ireland said, "I don't have it", but it's something to check out. ;)
Well, I git it to work fine. I chose the first option in CloneDVD,
"Copy with Titles", which only copies the movie itself, nothing else.
That did the trick.
I appreciate your suggestions, btw. They are bovious yet I did not think of them.
