ive got burnout revenge on my computer and wanted to burn it. The only time my backups work is when i use cd-r for games that barely hold any data(like marvel vs capcom and capcom vs snk).I use tdk dvd+r 8x. Ive used dvd decrypter and nero neither has worked. i burnt on 1x 2x 2.4x 4x whats wrong.and i use a mashita dvd-ram uj-841s

I had the same problem with dvd+r's. Use dvd-r's, they work flawlessly with my box and they're the recomended type of dvd to use on the xbox.

Since this is downloaded it is probably ok as is, so it's most likely that you are using +R discs. Unless they are bitset to DVD-ROM they are a bit hit and miss. If you can't bitset, then -R discs are a better bet.
