Can this be done...Ive tried all sorts of programs and still cannot do. I already converted file to MPEG-4 format I just can't tranfer them to psp. I get error message. Please Help.

Do you happen to know why these error message would appear?

Cannot locate path and filename. do the setting on my psp have anything to do with it?

are you trying to tranfer with pspvid 9

if so then its because the file is not where psp vid 9 says it is

i recomend (like i do) transfering them manually

At the best of times people get it hard to transfer their videos with PSPvideo9, at the set-up screen manually select your own default destaination folder and like Raven said, transfer them urself.
