Ok, im getting a pal game right now (i have before but it didnt work 2 well before) now, its pal. I know i have to convert it to NTSC. now, i want to know HOW TO DO IT, and see when i last did it the screen was off a little. can i fix that?

Do a search for HOW to convert PAL games to NTSC, there's plenty of discussions on this, though I reckon the best way is to get a TV that supports both PAL and NTSC format...
