I received a video of a horse thru email that is a .ifo What do I need to read this?

.IFO is not a video file. It is an information file that tells a DVD player how to play DVD files. .VOB files are the video files of the DVDs. Once you have the VOB file(s) a player such as PowerDVD can play it.

I use IFOEdit to read and edit ifo files
