I can see a bit of dirt in my psp when i try rubbing it no hope it doesnt come off, i think its in the screen i only had 1 mark that i cud not take off now i have many any wya to take these marks off i got a jap psp model 1000

youll have to open your faceplate to do it if its on the inside of the screen. If it was me i wouldnt do it firstly you viod your warranty secondly theres a chance it might let more dust in with the opening of it.
