I want to be 100% sure that this router will enable me to go online with my psp. Can someone confirm this for me? Thanks.

No, not all routers work as the PSP only supports the 'B' wireless standard and not the faster 'G' one. However most routers are backwards compatible, just make sure it supports 802.11B wireless and it should be OK.
