i installed soft mod threw splintercell and awhile ;later week maybe i went to the soft mod install program u know the main one and i forgot to install ms backup when i first installed it so then i clicked restore ms backup and now im screwed and itsays see customer support call ______something cant remember

can sum one plz help me fix the soft mod back to unleashx

okay first of all fix your post so i dont have to scroll all the way over to reply to your message. what you do is download either auto-installer deluxe v3.0 or slayer disk 2.6 final to a DVD-R. then put it in your xbox and wulla its fixed. whatever you do DO NOT LEAVE YOUR XBOX UNPLUGGED otherwise you have to hotswap which is an extremely difficult process and if you do one thing your, your xbox is screwed, also at blockbuster they have a copy of the original xbox software just get that and re-mod your xbox

i have error 21 i think i unplugged my xbox but im tryin to figure out how to hotswap it does anyone know how bc when i went to the thread it wouldnt let me. so 1Mod if u know ne other website or have aim or something just explain it please neboby thnx

thnx i read that over but in step 5 "Step5: now, in Windows, go Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager. Right click in applet," i dont have applet. ohh yeah and what is an "ide cable"? and "xboxhdm"

its a big cable
ull find it hooked up to th hdd and it looks like this

ohh so u take the case off ur comp. too. "could i get like electricuted" anyway u no when it says go to control panel and system and then device manager i dont have applets in the device manager

unplug both cables on the hdd and plugh them up to the xb hdd got it?

so i take the comp.top off unplug the ide cable from both sides so i can grab it and take it to the xbox or do i just take the ide cable out of my comp. completely and plug my xbox one in the comp. ps wat side of the ide do i take out (comp. and xbox)
