Hello,
Can someone here recommend a computer program that will convert PSP movies to AVI, MPG, DVD format? Does one exist?

I dunno if that will do. The PSP movie files are similar to the regular DVD in one key aspect: there isn't one specific file, there are several and they are in system folders. If anyone knows of a program that decrypts the movie files let me know.

You don't need to decrypt, PSP movie files are not similair to DVDs they are MP4 files.

Or, do you mean UMD Movies?
