Yes, but only if you have a very good modchip that supports loading directly from the memory card.

Then you would follow the instructions for that modchip.

i know i should follow the instructions of the mod chip to load from mc... but i meant how could i have the ps2 program (ex. hdloader) installed on the MC?

you burn the exploit to a disc, then boot the disc (you need a modchip or swap magic to boot the disc).

badsam, do you have a modchip that supports it?
gir2008, not really. You can transfer saves from your mem card to the harddrive and vice versa, but you cant save directly to the hd (maybe if your using the official sony hd).

I don't know the exact steps, i don't have a modchip. but i know its possible. Booting a ps1 game to run the exploit is not going to kill your laser.
