UNABLE TO GET IM ACCOUNT SET-UP INFO FOR:
IM SERVER
IM PORT
POST URL
SECURE LOGIN?
Service provider has locked connection details on their brand name phones.Rogers,AOL,and Motorola while polite,will not assist!

Any directions or referrals to resolve this would be appreciated.
