i got this mario thing n stuff like that from limewire n was tinking if its a good idea to use it on my PSP n can this work 4 2.6?

Do u have eloader installed on ur PSP? And I wouldnt trust anything off limewire to put on yor psp try search in google to get mario n stuff that probably works.

i go to get a game and it says save or open etc.. and i save it to my psp in the games folder what am i doing wrong beacuse i go into games and it says no games on memoory stick

i dont know what i need .... i have version 2.00 on mine and by the way what is a eloader i dont know if i have one which one do you think i need homebrew game or a iso does it matter

It depends which games you want to play mate. If you want to play ISOs (backups of PSP games)you'll need to downgrade your firmware to v1.50 and then install whichever loader is needed to run the game you want to play (umdemulator/fastloader/mph gameloader. If you want to play all the old NES/SNES/GENESIS roms you'll need to install the emulators required to run those games.

First you will need to install the eloader. Refer to this guide for help:http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/300895 (scroll down to the TIFF exploit)

You can find compatible homebrew for the eloader from here: http://www.noobz.eu (just click on "Working EBOOTS (2.00)" on the left hand menu).

You can download emulators from here:

You can find roms to play on the emulators on Google :)
