Hello, I am trying to convert a few .avi files into dvd format but I always get the error "Access violation at address 7C901010 in module 'ntdll.dll'. Read of adress 000034". Any idea what is causing this? Thanks!

Could be a corrupt download...what program(s) are you using?

i've noticved winavi has alot of problems with its newest version out but i still to a few other programs like dvd santa and a couple others but u should try a different program

Well, I'm using WinAVI. I get that error for any file, I think I'm just going to switch programs.
