My soft mod linux will not register

hey i have looked at millions of tuts and for some reason none of my games will load the linux. I get it on my hard drive for 007 and it does not read i have serial num 1448507 not plat edtion and then i tried the splinter cell soft mod samething and i have non plat edtion my dash is 5960.
IM also useing a modded xbox not ar

It is probably because the kernal on your Xbox is too new so the linux file won't run.
